Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a tool-based treatment proven effective in treating anxiety, depression, phobias, panic, work and academic stress, and more. CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, and somatic approaches to trauma are all part of Lee’s practice. Appointments are available online across BC and Alberta to teens and adults.
